Due to increased demand from our client base and the fast moving energy legislation in the UK, Syntegra have invested further in their in-house expertise in the Code for Sustainable Homes Assessment services. A domestic Energy Performance Certificate (EPC) is sometimes referred to as a Home Energy Report.
Via our Green Surveyor ® brand we can undertake an EPC / Home Energy report across the UK.
This is a legal requirement for all domestic properties to have when marketed for sale or let.

We beleive the property market is now picking up in terms of an increased number of properties being put onto the market for let/sale (thus requiring an EPC or HIP). Properties are now begining to move with more realistic house prices.
