Syntegra Consulting successfully appointed as Code for sustainable homes consultants, SAP assessors, M&E design consultants and renewable design consultants for a 7No. new build house development in Northwood.

The development is a series of 3-storey townhouses built code level 4 design standards with Air Source Heat Pump (ASHP) technology per house.
