A recent discussion by an environmental group around energy performance certificates has urged that homes with an EPC rating below D should be banned from being marketed for sale/let unless they have been improved.

We beleive the property market is now picking up in terms of an increased number of properties being put onto the market for let/sale (thus requiring an EPC or HIP). Properties are now begining to move with more realistic house prices.
