Syntegra Consulting Ltd have been successfully appointed as BREEAM and Code for Sustainable Assessors to produce an Energy Strategy Report for the development at 74 Rule Street, London, SW8.

The report will demonstrate Building regulations Part L2B and Part L2A compliance and intend to reduce CO2 emissions by 20% via renewable technology in accordance with the LA planning condition12,13,14 and the London Plan 2011 .
