Syntegra Consulting Ltd has been appointed as energy consultants to produce an energy strategy for the “Development of 21No. new-build flats” for the scheme at 159 – 167 Prince of Wales Road, London, NW5 3QB – to support the scheme design process, demonstrate Building regulations Part L1A compliance and compliance to a target code level 3 standard and minimum 20% reduction of CO2 emissions reduction via renewable technology planning policy requirement.
Syntegra Consulting Ltd have been appointed as energy consultants to produce an energy strategy for the scheme at 53 Alexandra Grove, London, N12 8HE– to support the scheme design process, demonstrate Building regulations Part L1A compliance, to demonstrate consideration to achieve a 20% CO2 emission reduction against the CIBSE standard case model via renewable technology, along with intent to deliver a target code level 3 (Code for Sustainable Homes- in accordance with the local authority planning policy targets).
Syntegra has successfully provided a SWMP ( site waste management plan) consultancy service to Frencon construction for a number of projects.
Syntegra provided the guidance and valuable advice on preparing a compliant SWMP under the Code for Sustainable Homes requirements. More specifically, guidance was provided to ensure that the credits from Man 3-Construction Site Impacts and Was 2- Construction Site Waste Management for the CSH assessment were achieved.
