Tuesday, January 4th, 2011Syntegra Consulting appointed to undertake an Air Conditioning Inspection on a 4 storey office building located in Central London (circa 10,000 sqft), that is occupied by a cosmetic company. The ACI has been undertaken in accordance to the EPBD. Comfort cooling is provided to the building by 8 Variable refrigerant flow systems with installed nominal cooling capacity of 200kW. Fresh air is delivered to the building via natural ventilation and heating through LTHW boilers-rads system.

What is the penalty for not having an Air-Conditioning Inspection?
Wednesday, June 17th, 2009Non-compliance with ACI legislation will result in a penalty. The penalty is £300 for failure to commission, keep or provide an air conditioning inspection report when required by the regulatory authority. This is in addition to the cost of a compliant ACI report.
