Energy Procurement Service

Energy Procurement service

As a known brand in the energy advisory & procurement sector, Syntegra Consulting have been offering professional and unbiased advice since 2008.

We repeatedly procure for our existing clients and remain focused on working in partnership to deliver innovative solutions that fit around your business needs.

These range from simple fixed-price, fixed-term contract arrangements to highly sophisticated solutions, where your procurement risk is managed via our bespoke modelling software.

We remember at all times, that we are working for you, not the suppliers.

This means looking at all aspects of your supply, no just the unit rates.

We review and validate your energy profile (how much power you use, when you use it – the time of day as well as the time of the year) and look at how this compares to the tariff structure that you are on. For most businesses, this will be the either be the tariff that the previous owner / tenant was on or one that was recommended by the first supplier. Savings of 15-20% are not uncommon when changing tariff, and we have saved more than 1 customer over 35%.

Once we are sure that you are on a reasonable tariff, we then go out to the market and get as many quotes as we can, not every supplier will tender for every contract, but we will get as many quotes as possible. We then work with the most competitive 2/3 suppliers to negotiate on your behalf to get you the best deal.

You choose the supplier and duration that suits you, and we arrange the contract.

You get a new supplier, or new rates from your old supplier. For details on some of the suppliers we use, click here.

Either way, you know that you have had independent advice and that you’re getting a good deal.

There is no charge for this service,  as we are paid a commission by the suppliers – the same commission by all suppliers. In most cases proposals can be turned around in a couple of days.
