Syntegra Consulting Ltd were appointed as energy consultants to produce an energy strategy for the scheme at Manor House, Manor Lane, Feltham, London – to support the planning process, demonstrate Building regulations Part L2B compliance and to demonstrate the overall energy strategy associated with driving CO2 emissions reduction against 2010 building regulations via renewable technology.
Syntegra Consulting appointed as energy assessors, BREEAM assessors, M&E design consultants for a a proposed new build Hotel and leisure development in Wiltshire.
Scope included but not limited to:
1) Energy/M&E/renewable technology strategy
2) BREEAM pre-assessment -Target rating ‘Excellent’
The Wyndham Hotel, London, W1
Syntegra Consulting has successfully undertaken a commercial Energy Performance Certificate (EPC) for a 2,300 Sq ft hotel in Marylebone, London. Syntegra surveyed the 5-storey building and produced the SBEM model for the generation of the EPC.
Syntegra Consulting appointed as energy assessors, BREEAM assessors, M&E design consultants and Below Grd drainage consultants for a a proposed new build development consisting of a new synagogue and 27 classroom school, in Hackney, London.
