Syntegra Consulting Ltd successfully appointed energy assessors for a new extension at Walcot Square, London.
Some of the proposed works for the extension include an increase in double layered fibre insulation for the loft space in both the existing 3 storey house and for the new 2 storey addition.
Syntegra Consulting appointed as M&E and energy consultants for a basement development to produce an energy statement and strategy in support of a planning application. The assessment demonstrates compliance to Part L1B and ecohomes ‘very good’ rating.
Syntegra Consulting appointed as energy assessors, BREEAM assessors, M&E design consultants and Below Grd drainage consultants for a a proposed new build development consisting of a new synagogue and 27 classroom school, in Hackney, London.
Scope included but not limited to:

Syntegra Consulting successfully appointed as Code for sustainable homes consultants, SAP assessors, M&E design consultants and renewable design consultants for a 23No. new build flat development in Wembley. The development will be built to code level 4 and will achieve 20% CO2 emissions reduction via renewable technology.
