Syntegra Consulting appointed energy assessors for a mixed use development in Stoke Newington, London, N16. The proposed re-development has master-plans to develop 5 buildings across the 1.23 Acre site (Budget : £18m). The existing configuration on site has called for the instruction of 70 Units (residential & Commercial) all requiring either a commercial energy performance certificate or a residential energy performance certificate.
