Syntegra Consulting Ltd successfully appointed energy assessors to undertake SAP and a Building Regulation Part L Compliance report for an extension to a terraced property in London.

Based on the proposed specification and our recommendations it was demonstrated that a 34.4% emissions improvement was achieved against BRUKL 2010 regulations.
