Syntegra Consulting Ltd successfully appointed energy assessors to undertake SAP and a BRUKL compliance report for an extension to a large detached residential property in Sevenoaks, Kent.

Based on the proposed specificationa and our recommendations it was demonstrated that a 17% emissions improvement was achieved against BRUKL 2010 regulations.
