The benefits of LED exit signage
Wednesday, September 29th, 2010As we have mentioned in previous articles LEDs last longer than conventional lighting, and provide and provide the best energy and money savings when operated from 8 to 24 hours. So far, Incandescent and fluorescent lamps have been used. However, the advancements on LED technology will change that. It is now possible to easily replace old Exit signs with LED Exit Signs which will reduce energy, operating cost and maintenance cost to minimal. The advanced efficiency and long lifetime (50,000hours or more) of LEDs make the replacement of old exit signs a necessity.
